1Patient of either sex presenting with symptoms of Avabahuka as mentioned in diagnostic criteria.
2Patient age between 20-70 years.
3Patient who wish to sign the written consent to participate in the study
1Pregnant women and lactating mother.
2Patients suffering from Shoulder Joint Arthritis.
3Patients with uncontrolled Blood Sugar Level.
4Patient who need Surgical Care or have undergone any Surgical Intervention.
5Patient having Fracture and Dislocation in the Shoulder Joint.
6Patients having chronic systemic illness.
7Patients having any history of Malignancy, Tuberculosis, HIV etc
8Lesions of Rotator Cuff Tear.

Name Time Method Frozen shoulder is clinically diagnosed.The shoulder movement will be assessed on the basis of indices as below- <br/ ><br>ïâ??§Flexion <br/ ><br>ïâ??§Extension <br/ ><br>ïâ??§Internal rotation <br/ ><br>ïâ??§External rotation <br/ ><br>ïâ??§Abduction <br/ ><br>ïâ??§Adduction <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 15 days
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Frozen shoulder is clinically diagnosed. Blood test, X-rays and ultrasound are usually normal and not routinely required unless history or physical examination suggest the need to rule out other Pathologies. <br/ ><br>The shoulder movement will be assessed on the basis of indices as below- <br/ ><br>ïâ??§Flexion <br/ ><br>ïâ??§Extension <br/ ><br>ïâ??§Internal rotation <br/ ><br>ïâ??§External rotation <br/ ><br>ïâ??§Abduction <br/ ><br>ïâ??§Adduction <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 7 days followup after the complition of the 15 days marma chikitsa.
