- •Have medical release for practice; Volunteers of both sexes; Participate in all selection processes prior to the study; Have at least 6 months experience with strength training; Age greater than 18 years;
排除标准
- •blood pressure above 160/100 mmHg; History of anemia, cerebrovascular disease, acute myocardial infarction, orthopedic disorders that impede joint movement; Deep venous thrombosis and cognitive dysfunction.
