Age 40-80 years (Both genders)
-Those who write and read in Kannada/ English
-Presence of type 2 Diabetes mellitus minimum duration of condition for one year
-Those who are having Diabetic retinopathy and neuropathy will be included in particular group
-History of glaucoma, macular degeneration, and hypertensive retinopathy
-Mild visual impairment where distance visual acuity is worse than 6/12 to 6/18 and near visual acuity worse than N6 at 40cm
-Individuals who have Neurological disorders, Parkinson disease psychiatric conditions, cerebrovascular disorders, and Alzheimer disease
-Systemic medications which may cause cognitive impairment
