Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients older than or equal to 20 years to 65 years.
- •2\. The patient has been diagnosed with cirrhosis.
- •3\. Be a patient who comes to be examined at the outpatient examination room.
- •4\. A patient with cirrhosis with a Child\-Pugh score less than 7\.
- •5\. The patient has ECOG 1\-2\.
- •6\. The patient has relatives who can actually record and confirm the patient's exercise.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Cancer Patient
- •2\. The patient has complications from cirrhosis such as hepatic encephalopathy or has ever had Have a history of bleeding from the digestive tract or have a large amount of ascites (Ascites grade 3\)
- •3\. The patient has comorbidities such as end\-stage renal disease. Coronary artery disease or patients whose EKG 12 leads show the following arrhythmias: uncontrolled arrhythmia with hemodynamic compromised, tachyarrhythmia with uncontrolled ventricular rate such as AF with rate \> 110 beats/minute, advanced atrioventricular block (AV) block (including 2nd degree AV block Mobitz II and 3rd degree AV block) chronic lung disease such as emphysema or asthma and oxygen measurement found to be less than 95% and from lung x\-ray there were no features of emphysema.
