Inclusion Criteria
Patients undergoing surgery under general anaesthesia
Patients fulfilling the criteria of American society of anaesthesiologists physical status I,II,III
either gender 18 to 60 years
Exclusion Criteria
patients with addicion of tobacco smoking
Patients with known genetic disorder example cystic fibrosis
Patients with known hemoglobinopathies example thalassemia, sickle cell anemia
Patients with peripheral vascular disease
Patients having clubbing
Patients having hypothermia
