Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Inclusion Criteria
- •Women with PCOS:
- •Either clinically diagnosed with PCOS by a gynaecologist
- •Or fulfils at least 2 of 3 criteriaâ??s of the Rotterdam Classification
- •Rotterdam Classification:
- •oligo ?anovulation,
- •hyperandrogenism and
- •polycystic ovaries (\>\= 12 follicles measuring 2 ?9 mm in diameter and/or an ovarian volume \> 10 mL in at least one ovary).
- •Not involved in any kind of regular physical activity since the past 4 weeks
- •Agreed to a written informed consent

- •Exclusion Criteria
- •Known musculoskeletal, neurological, psychiatric illness, history of trauma which might interfere in the assessment and participation in the intervention regime
