入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Age more than or equal to 18years.
- •2. All pregnant women with hypertension whose blood pressure recording are more than or equal to 140/90mmhg more than 4 hours apart.
排除标准
- •1. Multifetal pregnancy
- •2. Women with pre-existing or concurrent Medical disorders like diabetes mellitus, cardiac disease, renal disease, thyrotoxicosis,haemophilia and chronic hypertension.
- •3 Absolute contraindications to nifedipine and labetolol.
- •4. Hypertensive women with intrauterine death at presentation.
