Patients aged 20 years or older undergoing off-pump coronary artery bypass graft surgery with median sternotomy
- Patients with contraindications to nerve block (without anticoagulant administration INR>1.3, PTT>43 sec, coagulopathy, dual antiplatelet therapy, injection site infection, patient refusal of procedure, allergic reaction to local anesthetics)
- Patients requiring therapeutic anticoagulant therapy after surgery
- Comorbidity: Any comorbidity for which, in the judgment of the anesthesiologist, the patient should be excluded from the study
(Sepsis, anatomical thoracic deformity, empyema, increased intracranial pressure, etc.)
- Emergency surgery
- Patients who participated in other clinical studies that may affect prognosis
- Patients who have difficulty reading the consent form and giving voluntary consent due to illiteracy, foreigners, and cognitive dysfunction
