Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients aged 20 years or older undergoing off\-pump coronary artery bypass graft surgery with median sternotomy
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Patients with contraindications to nerve block (without anticoagulant administration INR\>1\.3, PTT\>43 sec, coagulopathy, dual antiplatelet therapy, injection site infection, patient refusal of procedure, allergic reaction to local anesthetics)
- •\- Patients requiring therapeutic anticoagulant therapy after surgery
- •\- Comorbidity: Any comorbidity for which, in the judgment of the anesthesiologist, the patient should be excluded from the study
- •(Sepsis, anatomical thoracic deformity, empyema, increased intracranial pressure, etc.)
- •\- Emergency surgery
- •\- Patients who participated in other clinical studies that may affect prognosis
- •\- Patients who have difficulty reading the consent form and giving voluntary consent due to illiteracy, foreigners, and cognitive dysfunction
