Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •patients above 18 years of age any surgeries below umbilicus under subarachnoid block

Exclusion Criteria

  • •patient refusal
  • •patients whose weight or height cannot be assessed
  • •inability to cooperate and remain still
  • •pregnant patients
  • •contraindications for subarachnoid block
  • •inability to position the patient appropriately for the subarachnoid block
