Inclusion Criteria
- •Age group between 18 to 25 years first year medical students will be enrolled for the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •Subjects with any pre\-diagnosed clinical illness.
- •Subjects taking psychological drugs tobacco alcohol and smoking
- •Subjects practicing meditation or any yogic practices in the past 6 months
