Inclusion Criteria
1)Systolic blood pressure range from 140 mmHg to 160 mmHg
2)Diastolic blood pressure range from 90 mmHg to 100 mmHg
Exclusion Criteria
1)Age below 20 yrs and above 55 yrs.
2)Patients having chronic cardiac disease,Renal diseases and pregnant womens
3)Alcoholic and drug abusers
