Inclusion Criteria

1. patients who visit our institute presenting hematemesis, hematochezia, melena
2. patients who take therapeutic upper endoscopy
3. age older than 18 year

Exclusion Criteria

1. patients who take prokinetics or antispasmodics
2. patients who got gastrectomy
3. patients who do not agree the enrollment
4. pregnant women
