Inclusion Criteria
Patients belonging to AMERICAN SOCIETY OF ANESTHESIOLOGISTS grade I and grade II scheduled for elective surgeries under general anaesthesia with I-Gel
Exclusion Criteria
1.Anticipated difficult airway
2.Full stomach patients (Pregnancy, Hiatal hernia)
3.Recent upper respiratory tract infections (within 4 weeks)
