-Age ≥50-80 years
-Overweight (BMI ≥25 kg/m2
-Primary knee osteoarthritis
-Morning stiffness <30 minutes
-Crepitus on knee movement
-Numerical rating scale of knee pain score ≥4/10
-Underlying diseases affecting ambulation including heart failure, muscle weakness, acute arthritis, severe back pain
-History of coronary artery disease, bleeding disorder, anticoagulant
-History of severe hypertension (SBP>180 / DBP>120 mmHg)
-Having open wound or contact dermatitis
-Bowel/bladder incontinence
