Critical care unit and Department Surgical Oncology in-patient or the patient attendant those who are above 18 years old.
Exclusion Criteria
All the patients of other departments

Name Time Method Data will be collected through Picker Patient Experience (PPE-15) questionnaire from the participants after serving them Participant Information Sheet and Informed Consent translated in vernacular medium. This is a validated questionnaire with high internal consistency which seeks to know the respondents experience during their hospital stay. The study neither intends nor invokes any emotional trauma of the participants.Timepoint: 4 weeks
