This study is helpful in reducing the pain of the neonates while doing heel prick. so I am going to give Non nutritive sucking and cold compression to identify which is effective in reducing pain during heel prick which is done in NICU among preterm neonates.

Inclusion Criteria
Preterm neonates from 28 weeks to 36 weeks of gestational age who undergo heel stick procedure with the prerequisites of babies not in cry or sleep.
Exclusion Criteria
Preterm neonates who are sick , who are in any kind of respiratory support,who are having congenital defects, who received sedatives for 6-8hr prior to the procedure.
