? In line with the 2018 edition of China's guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke;
? No obvious cognitive impairment (MMSE = 25);
? The first onset was confirmed by cranial CT or MRI. The course of disease was stable within 2 weeks to 3 months,
? There was unilateral upper limb hand motor dysfunction in Brunnstrom ? ~ V phase of upper limb;
? Age 18-80 years old, regardless of gender;
? The informed consent of this study shall be read and signed by the patient or his/her directly-related members of family.
? Severe spasm (MAS > 2 points);
? Obvious pain in hemiplegic limbs (VAS score > 4);
? Obvious sensory dysfunction, aphasia, unilateral neglect, apraxia or audiovisual impairment;
? Complicated with epilepsy or severe heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other important organ failure;
? There are contraindications to TMS, including metal foreign bodies in the head, pacemakers, cardiac stents, cochlear implants, and significantly increased intracranial pressure;
? History of alcohol or drug abuse;
? Those who cannot complete the basic course of treatment and may have poor compliance ? non local patients cannot be followed up.
