Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •The study subjects were caregivers who looked after the older adults in their families.
- •1\. being aged 20 years and over 2\. being able to read and write the Thai language 3\. spending at least 6 months caring for older adults in the family 4\. being willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. being sick immediately during activities in the program, and 2\. being unable to participate until the end of the program.
