- •The study subjects were caregivers who looked after the older adults in their families.
- •1. being aged 20 years and over 2. being able to read and write the Thai language 3. spending at least 6 months caring for older adults in the family 4. being willing to participate in the study.

- •1. being sick immediately during activities in the program, and 2. being unable to participate until the end of the program.
