Inclusion Criteria

1. Apparently healthy individuals of either gender between the age group of 3 to 6 years.

2. Parents giving consent to participate in study.

3. Individuals who fulfill the criteria of lehan yogya as mentioned in Kashyap Samhita.

Considering apparently healthy by the definition of Arogya described in Kashyap Samhita

Exclusion Criteria

Known/diagnosed any debilitating disease and other diseases such as Diabetes Mellitus, metabolic disorders, hypo/hyperthyroidism, Tuberculosis, etc.

Conditions as mentioned in lehan ayogya in Kashayp Samhita.

Parents not willing to participate in the project.

Congenital anomalies

Hereditary disease and Other infectious diseases.
