Inclusion Criteria

1.Male or female subjects in general good health.

2. Subjects in the age group 18-50 years (both the ages inclusive).

3. Subjects willing to give a written informed consent and agree to come for a regular follow up visit.

4. Subjects with moderate dandruff score of >20 or above of adherent and non adherent dandruff on each lateral side (total dandruff severity scale) and with visible flakes

5. Subjects willing to abide by and comply with the study protocol.

6. Subjects who agree to refrain from using any hair product (including shampoo and hair oil) for 48 hours post hair wash

Exclusion Criteria

1. Subjects having any active scalp disease which may interfere in the studyâ??dermatologistâ??s judgement.

2. Female subjects who are known to be pregnant

3. Subjects with frizzy hair that may influence in the scoring of dandruff

4. Subjects with significant white hair influencing the scoring of dandruff

5. Subjects who have had hair transplant.

6. Subjects who have taken any systemic drug containing corticoids, or anti-fungal, or antibiotics, or any prolonged use of topical drug containing Corticosteroid, or anti-fungal,

or antibiotics, or any prolonged use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory, or

anti-histaminic within 2 weeks prior to the study;

7. Any history of underlying uncontrolled medical illness including diabetes mellitus,

hypertension, HIV, hepatitis, severe anemia, serious disorder of heart and respiratory apparatus or any other serious medical illness
