All Inborn neonates > 35 weeks gestational age admitted in BGS Global Institute Of Medical Sciences
Exclusion Criteria
Preterm <35 weeks
ABO or RH Incompatibility
Cephalhematoma
Instrumental deliveries
Major congenital anomalies
Significant illness
