- •1.All consecutive cases of corticotroph adenomas diagnosed on resection specimens from 2002-2022
- •2.Clinical functional status known
- •3.Clinically functioning (i.e. Cushing disease) adenomas with T-pit + ACTH expression or clinically nonfunctioning adenomas with T-pit ± ACTH expression.
- •4.Adequate tumor tissue in the formalin fixed paraffin embedded blocks

- •1.Corticotroph pituitary hyperplasia
- •2.Adenoma with apoplexy
- •3.Inadequate data on clinical functional status
- •4.Double adenomas/pluri-hormonal adenomas expressing ACTH
