Inclusion Criteria
- •age from 25 to 75 years, inpatient rehabilitation, patients with known diabetes mellitus type II
Exclusion Criteria
- •renal insufficiency Stadium III (Creatinine Clearance \< 60 ml/min Cockcroft\-Gault), acute inflammatory diseases (CRP cut off \> 10 mg/l), operation or trauma \< 6 weeks, myocardial infarction \< 10 weeks, Pregnancy and lactation, alcohol or drugs
