- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The primary outcome of this study is the amino acid Tryptophan, its metabolites Kynurenine and Kynurenine Acid as well as the cytokines Interleukin-6 and Interferon-?. The determination of the outcomes is conducted through the blood analysis before (T0), immediately after (T1) and one hour after (T2) the completion of the exercise sessions.

Name Time Method As secondary outcomes, blood and lipid profile as well as PBMCs (Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells) will be measured before (T0), immediately after (T1) and one hour after (T2) the completion of the exercise sessions. <br>
