The study aims to assess the relationship between psychological well being and academic performance among undergraduate students at a selected university in Mangalore Ryff’s Psychological Well-Being Scale is used to measure students levels of well being while academic performance is determined through their percentage of marks A correlational research design is adopted to examine whether higher psychological well being is associated with better academic performance Data are collected from undergraduate students through standardized questionnaires The findings are expected to provide insights into how emotional and psychological health influences students’ academic success and to guide interventions that promote mental wellness in educational settings
