- •first\-ever stroke resulted in hemiplegia
- •disease duration of at least 6 months
- •wrist flexor modified modified Ashworth Scale (MMAS) spasticity score \=1
- •No limitation in passive range of motion of the effected wrist
排除标准
- •Any cognitive problems in the patient
- •Diabetes or neurological pain
- •Wrist contracture
- •Dry needling contraindication
- •Taking anti\-Spastic drugs
