Inclusion Criteria
Subjects between the age group of 30-60 years,
Subjects with general lakshanas of Akaalajara as per special proforma.
Subjects irrespective of religion, sex, socio-economic status, occupation etc
Subjects who are fit for Abhyanga, Bhallatakasevana and do Yogasanas
Subjects who give Informed Consent
Exclusion Criteria
Subjects in coma or any acute illness,
Subjects with septicemia or any congenital disorders,
Subjects unfit for Bhallatakasevana, Abhyanga and Yogasanas
Subjects who donââ?¬•t give Informed Consent.
