Inclusion Criteria

Part 1<br>(1) Gallstone group:? From 2012 to 2022, outpatient, emergency, and inpatient patients from various municipal hospitals in Beijing?Over 60 years old ? There is a clear diagnosis of cholelithiasis with ultrasound or other imaging/surgical data.<br>(2) None-Gallstone group:? The survey subjects were outpatient, emergency, and inpatient patients from various municipal hospitals in Beijing from 2012 to 2022 ? Over 60 years old ? There are ultrasound or other imaging/surgical data from our hospital or other hospitals that clearly indicate no gallstones and no previous history of gallstones. ?According to the gallstone group, gender and age were matched, and 1:4 were included in the control group.<br>Part 2<br>(1)intervention group:? Exclusion Criteria

unexpected deaths due to other illnesses or accident.
