Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\)Age 18 year and older.
  • •2\)Patient admitted within 24\-72 hr of SCI.
  • •3\)Patients who given written informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\)Patient admitted after 72 hr of trauma.
  • •2\)Patient have autoimmune disease.
  • •3\)Previous neurological disorder.
  • •4\)Patients who have major fractures in upper and lower extremity.
