1)Age 18 year and older.

2)Patient admitted within 24-72 hr of SCI.

3)Patients who given written informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

1)Patient admitted after 72 hr of trauma.

2)Patient have autoimmune disease.

3)Previous neurological disorder.

4)Patients who have major fractures in upper and lower extremity.
