Inclusion Criteria
- •All preterm neonates born at the gestational age of 28weeks to 36weeks 6days
Exclusion Criteria
- •mothers: Monochorionic pregnancies, HIV positive mother, Maternal eclampsia, Ante partum haemorrhage
- •neonates: Neonates requiring immediate resuscitation, including non\-vigorous babies needing resuscitation, Rh iso\-immunisation with hydrops, Antenatally detected congenital cardiac anomalies, Twin to twin transfusion syndrome
