Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1. Symptom duration ââ?°Â¤ 6 weeks
- •2. Age 18-65 years old
- •3. Initial ODI score of 20-60%
- •4. Radiating symptoms up to the knee
- •5. Lumbar hypo mobility found in MET structural diagnosis
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. History of spinal surgery
- •2. Spondylolisthesis
- •3. Lumbar hyper mobility
- •4. Spinal structural deformity
- •5. Piriformis and SI joint dysfunction.
