Inclusion Criteria
- •1.Thai women 18-50 years old
- •2.Total myoma uteri size more than 2 centimeters
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.Receive GnRH agonist
- •2.Pregnancy
- •3.Post abortion or postpartum less than 6 weeks
- •4.Breastfeeding
- •5.Menopause
- •6.Previous myomectomy
- •7.Chronic renal disease
- •8.Chronic liver disease
- •9.Receive vitamin D supplement in past 6 months
- •10.Others ex. Thyroid disease, Parathyroid disease
