•All participants:
•- No rheumatological/inflammatory disease
•- No severe internal disease
•- The existence of a written consent form of the legal guardians
•Additional for healtyh participants
•- no evidence of a primary headache disorder
•- no TBI /whiplash injury in the last 24 months
•- no neurological or psychiatric disease
•- no cranio-mandibular dysfunction
•- no regular intake of painkillers or muscle relaxants
•Additional for participants with primary headaches
•- a primary headache disorder according to the international classification of headache disorders (ICHD-3)
•- no intake of muscle relaxants
•Additional for participants with posttraumatic headache
•- posttraumatic headache (WHO Definition)
•- no intake of muscle relaxants

排除标准

•Previous injury or operationof the shoulder and neck muscles and competitive athletes in a sports league.
