(1) age 35-75 years old;
(2) Meet diagnostic criteria for Parkinson's disease pain ;
(3) Hoehn-Yahr grading period 2.5;
(4) Brief Mental Status Test (MMSE) scale score> 22 points;
(5) Visual analogue score (VAS) > 3 points;
(6) if receiving anti-PD drugs/analgesic drugs, the dose is stable for at least 30 days;
(7) have good reading comprehension ability, able to fill in scales by themselves or with the help of researchers;
(8) all patients are required to submit an informed consent form before participating in the study.
(1) those who meet the contraindications of Gua Sha such as predisposed diseases and infectious skin diseases;
(2) those with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system diseases, malignant tumors, and mental disorders;
(3) those who participated in other clinical trials during the intervention;
(4) there are serious adverse reactions such as unpredictable drug fluctuations;
(5) start analgesics or novel antiparkinson's disease drugs during the intervention;
(6) there are other diseases that cause pain, such as rheumatoid arthritis, gout, etc.;
(7) Depression Subscale (HADS-D) score > 11 points.
