Males and females of 25-60 yrs. of age
Body mass index [BMI] in the range of 18 â?? 29.9 kg/m2
Clinically diagnosed Elevated blood pressure [SBP 120â??129 mm Hg and DBP <80 mm Hg ] and Hypertension Stage 1 [130â??139 mm Hg or 80â??89 mm Hg ] and hypertension stage 2 [ SBP >=140 mmHg or DBP >=90mmHg]
No other complications revealed by biochemical, hematological and urine analysis tests
Subjects who are willing to participate the study
Subjects who are following a low sodium low fat diet.
Subjects who are practicing yoga
Subjects who are practicing any form of exercise.
BMI>= 30 kg/m2
Renal disease
History of stroke or transient ischemic attack.
Active malignant disease.
Epileptic seizure 6 months before the screening visit.
Severe liver disease.
Planned elective surgery during the study period.
Inability or unwillingness to perform the practice.
