Exclusion Criteria
Those complicated with Type 1 diabetes mellitus or poorly controlled Type 2 diabetes mellitus
Those complicated with poorly controlled hypertension
Those complicated with poorly controlled thyroid disorder
Those complicated with renal disorder
Those complicated with muscular disorder
