Inclusion Criteria
- •? Adults between the age of 30 to 70\.
- •? Patients who have been diagnosed with hypertension or stage 2 prehypertension and those who are taking hypertension medication
- •? Have understood the objective of the study and agrees to participate
- •? Have no issues with communication
Exclusion Criteria
- •? Patients with illnesses such as cancer that may be problematic for follow\-up
- •? Other issues that the researcher may deem problematic for participation
