- •Spontaneous onset of labour
- •Low risk patients
- •Vertex presentation

- •All medical disorders
- •Any obstetic complications like PIH,Gestational diabetes,severe anaemia,placenta previa.
- •Any life-theatening anomalkies
- •Multiple pregnencies
- •Any sings of fetal distress
- •Advanvce stage of labour
- •Non vertex presentation
