Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • (1\) Over 40 years old.
  • (2\) Voluntary request for coronary angiography or coronary CT examination, or preparation for coronary angiography or coronary CT examination according to the needs of the condition and the doctor's recommendation.
  • (3\) Volunteer to participate in this research, the research process cooperates with the doctor's research work.
  • (4\) Sign informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

  • (1\) Patients with contraindications to coronary angiography or coronary CT.
  • (2\) A history of coronary heart disease or coronary revascularization.
  • (3\) Drinking, allergies, and dyeing cause the color of the hands to change.
  • (4\) Acute and critical illness, such as acute myocardial infarction, acute cerebrovascular disease, severe pain, severe hemorrhage and infectious diseases, end\-stage severe illness, etc., the appearance of pale hands, affecting the hand color observer.
  • (5\) The skin of the hands is rough and difficult to recognize due to external force.
  • (6\) Diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, eczema, vitiligo, and median nerve damage caused by hand deformity, skin lesions, and abnormal color.
  • (7\) Patients with mental illness.
  • (8\) Patients who are participating in other clinical studies.
