Inclusion Criteria
1Patients with advanced cancer newly referred to the palliative care services
2Age 18-65
3Outpatients
4Patients able to give informed consent
5Having an ability to communicate with the physician
6ECOG performance status Grade 0, 1, 2
7No previous history of psychotic illness
8No current psychotic illness
9No current cognitive deficits
Exclusion Criteria
1Age less than 18 years or above 65 years
2Inpatients
3ECOG performance status Grade 3, 4
4Patients unable or unwilling to communicate with the physician
5Past history of psychotic disorder
6Current psychotic disorder
7Patients with cognitive deficits
