1. Both male and female
2. Participants aged between 18-50 years
3. Participants having chronic Non-specific neck pain with duration of more than 12 weeks
4. Participants having neck pain with intensity ranging from 2-6 on numerical pain rating scale.
5. Participants willing to participate in the study
1. Participants with history of injury, tumour or infections in the cervical region.
2. Participation having history of fracture of upper and lower limb and spine.
3. Participants who has the history of whiplash injury.
4. Participants diagnosed with osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis.
5. Participants diagnosed case of psychological deficit.

Name Time Method eck pain intensity using numerical pain rating scale, Functional ability of neck using neck disability index, cranio-cervical flexion test using chattanooga pressure biofeedback, assessment of cervical range of motion using universal goniometerTimepoint: Pre assessment will be taken before giving the intervention and post assessment will be done after 4 weeks of intervention.
