Children aged 1- 14 years with multiple neurocysticercosis will be enrolled satisfying following criteria
1.Conclusive demonstration of scolex within a cystic lesion on neuroimaging studies.
2.cystic lesion without a discernible scolex
3.Enhancing lesions.
4.Multilobulated cystic lesions in the subarachnoid space
1.Children with single lesion and more than five lesions at diagnosis.
2.Children with extraparenchymal lesions including intraocular and intraventricular NCC.
3. Children with encephalopathy and signs of raised intracranial pressure.
4.Chidren who have recieved antiparasitic drugs in preceding 3 months.
5.Children with intellectual disability or global developmental delay, coexisting neurodegenerative/ neurometabolic or any other structural pathology.
6.Children with recognised progressive neurological illness.
7. Children with renal, pulmonary, cardiac or hepatic dysfunction.
