Inclusion Criteria
- •patients (20 – 80 years of age, ASA physical status 1 \- 3\) scheduled for arthroscopic shoulder suregry
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with severe respiratory disease, any contraindication to regional anaesthesia, BMI \> 35 kg.m\-1, pre\-existing neuropathy in the operated extremity, allergy to study medications, pregnancy, or refusal to participate
