Exclusion Criteria

Diseases of the central or peripheral nervous system
Radial nerve entrapment
Inflammatory rheumatic diseases
Gout
Radio-ulnar or radio-humeral arthritis
Early episodes of lateral elbow pain treated with surgery or acupuncture
Have a current work cover claim
