Inclusion Criteria

1. Children 2-18 years posted for elective extraperitoneal lower abdominal and extremity procedures

2. Children â?? ASA I and II patients

Exclusion Criteria

1.Parental refusal

2.Neonates

3.Children with ASA III, IV

4.Patients posted for intraperitoneal abdominal procedures

5. Suspected difficult airway

6. Reactive airway disease

7.Congenital/Neurological disease

8.Children on beta blockers, anticonvulsants
