Inclusion Criteria
age 5-15 years
diagnosed obstructive sleep apnea by clinical or polysomnography
undergoing adenoidectomy and/or tonsillectomy
Exclusion Criteria
genetic diseases
craniofacial abnormalities
Down's syndrome
congenital heart disease
bronchopulmonary dysplasia
cerebral palsy
neuromuscular disorder
contraindication for general anesthesia
