Inclusion Criteria
- •age 5-15 years
- •diagnosed obstructive sleep apnea by clinical or polysomnography
- •undergoing adenoidectomy and/or tonsillectomy
Exclusion Criteria
- •genetic diseases
- •craniofacial abnormalities
- •Down's syndrome
- •congenital heart disease
- •bronchopulmonary dysplasia
- •cerebral palsy
- •neuromuscular disorder
- •contraindication for general anesthesia
