Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. age \=19 years
  • •2\. residual extraction sockets at least 50% of the buccal bone plate
  • •3\. presence of adjacent tooth at the extraction site
  • •4\. healthy or well\-controlled systemic conditions
  • •5\. adequate oral hygiene and stable periodontal status (bleeding on probing \<20% and plaque index \<20%)

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. pregnant or breastfeeding women
  • •2\. current smokers (\>10 cigarettes/day)
  • •3\. bone metabolic disease
  • •4\. uncontrolled or untreated periodontal disease
  • •5\. lack of comprehensive instructions or inability to provide informed consent.
